The Oxfordshire Community Foundation is the primary charity of the Lord-Lieutenant of Oxfordshire. She is the charity’s President attending quarterly board meetings and working with the OCF to run initiatives which create opportunities within Oxfordshire and particularly tackle issues of disadvantage and exclusion.
