The Princess Royal attends the Butler Trust’s Governors Winter Symposium

The Princess Royal attended the Butler Trust’s Prison Governors Winter Symposium at Keble College this afternoon, December 9th 2025.

HRH has been a Patron of the Butler Trust since its inception in 1985 and has hosted and presented the Butler Trust Annual Awards every year since 1985.

‍Today’s event was an opportunity for HRH to meet the Governors who are doing such important work within our prisons and to recognise all that they do in supporting, managing and caring for offenders.
