The Princess Royal visits the Tactical Medical Wing at RAF Brize Norton

RAF Brize Norton had another Royal Visitor today, April 17th 2026. The Princess Royal visited the Tactical Medical Wing to celebrate their 30th Anniversary.

Her Royal Highness, as Honorary Air Commodore, met members of the TMW and toured several training exercises demonstrating the Wing’s impressive medical and operational capabilities. For 30 years, the Tactical Medical Wing has brought care and comfort to all those in need. The visit concluded with a flypast from the magnificent A400M aircraft. Another proud moment for Oxfordshire.
