Vice Lord-Lieutenant presents the MBE to Rodney and Rosalie James

Surrounded by their family on the first day of spring, Brian Buchan DL presented Rodney and Rosalie James with their MBEs for services to fostering in Oxfordshire over the last 40 years. The James’s have looked after over 200 children and have provided a loving, child-centred approach for every child. They are considered local experts in supporting young people and are described as an absolute credit to the county.
